Subject:  Kalen Fenway

Comments:  While this photo may not seem significant to most people, it is significant because to me because one of my unofficial New Years Resolutions is for Kalen to start napping on his own in his Pack n’ Play or bassinet during the day.  Up until now he’s only napped while being held or in his swing, but that can’t continue for much longer.  He’s a champion nighttime sleeper, so I know he has it in him to sleep on his own.  This morning after he had his mid-morning nursing and was a little drowsy, I swaddled him and put him in the Pack n’ Play to see how he would do, turned on my iPhone “white noise” app, and waited.  He slept for about 45 minutes!  Progress, my dear Watson.  Progress.
